Welcome to Chill’s Loop, one of Labrador City’s scenic outdoor recreation areas. The site is typically prepared and ready for use in March month to host many of the Winter Carnival activities.

Located adjacent to the arena, an outdoor rink is constructed each year and can be used day or night offering a magical winter experience and a cozy atmosphere. Ideal for families and skaters of all levels, Chill’s Loop is a beloved community spot where laughter and joy fill the air under the northern sky.

During the Winter Carnival, Chill’s Loop is also a popular spot for sliding, community bonfires and a host of winter events and you never know who will be there. You may even meet Chill himself!
