Gateway Labrador is a beautiful log structure situated at 1365 Route 500 in Labrador City. It offers one stop shopping for both residents and non-residents looking to access all the heritage, creation and culture that Labrador West has to offer. As the western gateway to Labrador by road and air and the only one by rail, this facility provided Labrador West a much-needed venue for tourists to discover the bold history of the region and all of Labrador.

It is home to the Edmund Montague Exhibit Hall, which displays many artifacts representing Labrador West, as well as the history, culture and people of the entire Labrador region. It also showcases the storied fur trading and mining history of Labrador. It houses the Labrador Rose Gift Shop as well, which provides an array of products.
