Duley Lake Family Park

Duley Lake Family Park is located five kilometres outside of Labrador West on Route 389 (toward Fermont). Located right next to Duley Lake and Walsh River, it boasts a large number of RVs, providing a summer retreat for many families living in Labrador West. There is access to a boat launch, a community shower area and public washrooms, as well as a sewage dumping station. The park is open from May to September and campers can pay a seasonal rate of $540 or a daily rate of $20.

Grand Hermine Park

Grande Hermine Park is located 45 kilometres outside of Labrador West on Route 500 (toward Goose Bay). Located in a private area on Grande Hermine Lake, it is an oasis for families looking to get away throughout the summer. There is access to hiking/walking trails, off-road vehicle trails and a boat launch. Campsites, geared toward RVs, are equipped with running water and picnic tables. There are also cabins available to rent. There is a community shower area, public washrooms and a sewage dumping station. The park is open from June to September. The seasonal rate is $550 with water or $500 without. Daily rate is $5 per person and two private cabins are available for rent at $75/night.
