The Iron City Duathlon began in 2005 and continues to be a great success every year. Taking place in June, the event draws nearly 150 young and old participants to challenge the bike and run route as an individual or team.
Registration for the Iron City Duathlon will be open on Zone4 until June 17th at 11:59 pm. www.zone4.ca
The Iron City Duathlon will be held this year on June 18 at 11 am with the start/ finish at Menihek Nordic Ski Club. Prizes, medals and refreshment will be given out after the race. Mountain Road will be closed from 10:45 am to 1 pm to ensure the safety of participants.

Youth: age 7 -12 – bike 4 km, run 2 km
Junior: age 13 – 18 – bike 6 km and run 4 km
Senior: age 19-61+, bike 15 km, run 7 km.
