UPDATE:  The water shutoff currently affecting Carson Avenue, may also affect some residences on Carol Drive and potentially residences on Baltimore Street, Guy Street and Elizabeth Avenue.  Crews are working quickly however we are unable to determine how long repairs will take at this time.
