Design Finalization & Tender Preparation
Design of the 18,000 sq. ft. expansion is finalized, including layout, grading, and integration with the existing park. Tender documents are completed for contractor bidding.
Construction Phase
Construction begins on-site, with work focused on earthworks, concrete pours, and installation of new skate features. Safety measures and site access improvements are also addressed during this phase.
Project Completion & Commissioning
Final inspections and finishing touches are completed. The expanded skatepark is officially opened for public use, significantly increasing the footprint and functionality of the existing facility.
