In accordance with section 191 of the Towns and Local Service Districts Act, Council has resolved to transfer a tract of municipally owned land, comprising approximately 1.57 hectares and located on Waxwing Avenue (75–93 Waxwing Avenue), to Connections for Seniors Inc. for the purpose of supporting an application to the Build Canada Homes Fund for a seniors’ housing development.
