BASKETBALL NET SAFETY

Residents are reminded that portable basketball nets must be always positioned safely. When not in use, nets must be moved completely off the roadway and sidewalk.

Additionally, please ensure that the rim, backboard, base, and all other components are set back sufficiently so they do not extend into the roadway or create a hazard for vehicles, cyclists, buses, larger work vehicles, or pedestrians.
