The evacuation order has been lifted for the following areas:  Duley Lake, Tamarack Golf Course, and Throne Lake. Please note these areas remain in an Evacuation Alert Status.  Please refer to the attached map for the current evacuation alert and evacuation order boundaries.

Under Alert status occupants are encouraged to remain vigilant and exercise caution when returning to affected areas.  Potential risk remains, therefore it is important to be prepared to leave again on short notice if conditions worsen.  Please be aware that response crews may continue to be operating in the area.

The evacuation order remains in effect for Walsh River, and occupants of this area must continue to remain evacuated until further notice.

We understand the concern, uncertainty, and frustration this situation has caused. Please be assured that crews and resources remain in place, and every effort continues to be made to protect people, property, and critical infrastructure in the affected areas.  Residents may continue to see smoke in the area as crews work to identify and suppress hot spots within the fire perimeter.

We thank those who have been impacted by the fire for their patience, cooperation, and understanding as response efforts continue.
